Thomas Austin appeared before the Park Board <br />on May 19, 1983 requesting a fence across his property line and the park <br />land located in Forest Hideaway due to motorcycles using his back yard for <br />a moto cross track; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it was the recommendation of the Park Board to rec- <br />ommend the City Council approve his request for fencing to decrease the <br />motorcycles using his property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council confirms with the request of <br />Mr. C. Thomas Austin to install a fence on the property line of the park <br />land located in Forest Hideaway. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby requests the Ramsey <br />Street Superintendent to install a cable fence line on the property line <br />of Mr. C. Thomas Austin and the park land located in Forest Hideaway.'_ <br /> <br /> <br />
