I Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of Mr. <br /> Hertle's application for an off-sale liquor license for Paul and <br /> Bill's, INC. (formerly Discount #10 Liquors). According to the residents, the water in the park and swamp <br />area behind tfiem is backing up to a point where it is causing problems <br />with their on-site septic systems. The City Engineer's report and area <br />location map are contained in enclosure (D3-e) for your consideration. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action in this matter should be to direct Staff <br />to make some recommendations as to a solution to this problem. <br /> <br /> <br />
