I Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of Mr. Hertle's application for an off-sale liquor license for Paul and Bill's, INC. (formerly Discount #10 Liquors). He wants to get your feelings on whether you would approve or disapprove of his relocating the store. I I I I CASE #8: DRAINAGE PROBLEM ON 18OTH AVENUE NW AND ERKIUM STREET NW: We have received complaints from at least two of the three residents that adjoin the park on the west side of Erkium Street north of i80th Avenue NW. According to the residents, the water in the park and swamp area behind tfiem is backing up to a point where it is causing problems with their on-site septic systems. The City Engineer's report and area location map are contained in enclosure (D3-e) for your consideration. Council Action: Your action in this matter should be to direct Staff to make some recommendations as to a solution to this problem.
