I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> PROPOSED <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />This agreement is entered into this __ day of May, 1983 between <br />the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City" and Mr. Thomas <br />Nedry, hereinafter referred to as "Permittee" to operate a locksmithing <br />business at his premises located at 7501 - 152nd Lane NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />The home occupation permit is granted conditioned and contingent upon <br />the permittee's complying with the following: <br /> <br />1) That the permittee shall allow no on street parking. <br /> <br />2) That the permittee shall not advertise any retail sales of <br /> equipment as a part of this home occupation. <br /> <br />3) That any signs advertising the business shall comply with <br /> City Ordinance. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />That the permittee shall be the sole operator of the business <br />and that he shall not have any employees. <br /> <br />That the permittee understands and agrees that the conditional <br />use permit granted herein is subject to review at any ~ime and <br />any violation of conditions contained herein or violation of <br />any other City regulation may be cause for immediate revocation <br />of this conditional use permit.
