PETER NIEDER: CASE #2: Mr. Peter Nieder appeared before you at your last regular meeting to request a variance for an accessory building of 960'square feet. City Ordinance states that he can have a total of 624 square feet of detached accessory buildings on a lot of his size. The findings of fact are contained in enclosure (D4-a) for your con- sideration. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of Mr. Peter Nieder's request. The following proposed motion is hereby sub- mitted for your consideration: Motion by and seconded by disapprove of Mr. Peter Nieder's request to construct'a detached accessory building of 960 square feet. Motion carried. Voting yes ~~ . Voting no REQUEST FOR A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT VARIANCE; CASE OF MR. DONALD.BROWN: Mr. Donald Brown of 17620 Argon Street NW is requesting a Board of Adjustment variance to place his swimming pool less than 40 feet from the street side property line and partly in front of the front setback of the house. We don't feel that this poses a problem and would recommend approval of Mr. Brown's request. Accordingly, the following items are included as enclosure (D4-b) for your review and consideration: a) Applicant's application b) Public hearing notice c) List of properties notified d) Area location map e) Proposed findings of fact f) Building Official's memo g) Building Official's letter to Mr. Brown
