PETER NIEDER: <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br /> <br />Mr. Peter Nieder appeared before you at your last regular meeting to <br />request a variance for an accessory building of 960'square feet. City <br />Ordinance states that he can have a total of 624 square feet of detached <br />accessory buildings on a lot of his size. <br /> <br />The findings of fact are contained in enclosure (D4-a) for your con- <br />sideration. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of Mr. <br />Peter Nieder's request. The following proposed motion is hereby sub- <br />mitted for your consideration: <br /> <br /> Motion by and seconded by <br /> disapprove of Mr. Peter Nieder's request to construct'a <br /> detached accessory building of 960 square feet. <br /> Motion carried. Voting yes ~~ . <br /> Voting no <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT VARIANCE; CASE OF MR. DONALD.BROWN: <br /> <br />Mr. Donald Brown of 17620 Argon Street NW is requesting a Board of <br />Adjustment variance to place his swimming pool less than 40 feet from <br />the street side property line and partly in front of the front setback <br />of the house. We don't feel that this poses a problem and would <br />recommend approval of Mr. Brown's request. <br /> <br />Accordingly, the following items are included as enclosure (D4-b) for <br />your review and consideration: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) Area location map <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br />f) Building Official's memo <br />g) Building Official's letter to Mr. Brown <br /> <br /> <br />
