The following proposed motion is hereby <br />submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to approve/ <br />di-~o.~~the findings of fact for Mr. Donald Brown's <br />request to place a swimming pool less than forty feet from <br />the street property line and in front of the front setback <br />of the house. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br />Voting no . <br /> <br />NOTE: If your action in this matter is to deny the request, then <br />you should change the findings of fact. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT VARIANCE; CASE OF MR. DENNIS LEESEBERG: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Dennis Leeseberg, who is constructing a new dwelling at 17150 Baugh <br />Street NW, is requesting a Board of Adjustment variance to construct <br />an accessory buildingof 864 square feet. City Ordinance would allow <br />him to construct a building of 624 square feet. As noted in the find- <br />ings of fact, there are several other detached accessory b.uildings in <br />the immediate area. If the intended use for this building is personal, <br />it would be our opinion that the approval of the request would be <br />appropriate, based on the findings of fact and the Building Official's <br />report. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (D4-c) for your considera- <br />tion: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) Properties notified <br />d) Area location map <br />e) Findings of fact <br />f) Building Official's memo <br />g) Building Official's letter to Mr. Leeseberg <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action in this matter will be to approve/dis- <br />approve/amend the proposed findings of fact as well as approve/dis- <br />approve of the request.
