Enclosure (D2-a) contains '~the auditors' written report. Exhibit "A" contains a copy of the City's financial statement for 1982. Council Action: Your action will be to note that you have received and reviewed the audit and take any other action you may deem necessary after reviewing said audit with Mr. Lilja.
