O] 5 PEI~Frs <br /> <br />150.013A <br />No person, firm or corporation Shall install, alter, repair or extend <br />any individual sewage disposal system in the city without first obtain- <br />ing a permit therefor from the council or its authorized representative <br />for the specific installation, alteration, repair or extension, and at <br />the time of applying for said permit, shall pay a fee therefor of <br />Fifteen and 00/100tbs Dollars ($15.00). Such permits shall be valid <br />for a period of six (6) months from date of issue. <br /> <br />lBO. O] 3B <br /> <br />Applications for permSts shall be made in writing upon printed blanks <br />or forms furnished by the council and shall be signed by the applicant. <br /> <br />150.0] 3C <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Each application for a permit sball have thereon the correct legal des- <br />cription of the property on which the proposed installation, alteration, <br />repair or extension is to take place, and each application for a permit <br />shall be accompanied by a plot plan of the land showing the location <br />of any proposed or existing buildings located on the property with <br />respect to the boundary lines of the property and con{plete plans or <br />the pr6posad system with substantiating data, if nece_ssary, attesting <br />to the compliance with the minimum standards of this chapter. A <br />complete plan shall include the location, size and design of all <br />parts of the system to be installed, altered, repaired or extended. <br />The application shall also show the present or proposed location of <br />water supply facilities and water supply piping and the name of the <br />person, firm or corporation who is to install the system, and shall <br />provide such further information as may be required by the council. <br /> <br />1S0.014 ODNSTRUCTION REQUIRDIENTS <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />1S0.0] 4A SITE EVALUATION <br /> <br />Ail proposed sites for individual sewage treatment systems shall be <br />evaluated by the Ramsey Plnmbing Inspector in accordance with Chapter <br />]70.04 (?~i]s) and Chapter 170.03 (Subdivisions). <br /> <br />150.014B BUII,DING SEIgERS <br /> <br /> l- The building sewer and all piping up to the point where <br />the disposal field soil treatment area begins shall be of watertight <br />piping and joints. Joints between this piping and other appurtenances <br />of the system shall be watertight. The use of perforated pipe or its <br />equivalent 5s prohibited. <br /> <br /> 2. No building drain or bui. lding sewer shall be less than <br />four (4) inches in diameter. <br /> <br /> 3. ~q~e buried or concealed portion of any building sewer, <br />building drain or branch thereof shall be located at least twenty (20) <br /> <br /> <br />
