Mr. Schnelle referred back to Council's motion to request Metro Council <br />Mitigation and Litigation conduct a public hearing in Ramsey, and stated <br />that Council should include in that request certain questions Ramsey <br />expects to have answered at that public hearing. <br /> <br />Council consensus is to include the following in their requrest to Metro <br />Council Mitigation and Litigation: <br /> <br />1. How will the landfill be assessed - according to the value of <br /> the land or on the income approach. <br /> <br />2. Any other questions staff deems pertinent. <br /> <br />Councilmmber Sorteberg suggested that the special Council meeting be <br />adjourned at this time and an informal discussion between Council and <br />various Ramsey commissions could begin. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />to adjourn the special Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br />Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner.
