Also, any abandoned well(s) <br />shall be abandoned only in compliance with State Board of Health Regulations. <br /> <br />210.017B <br /> <br />PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />Connection to any public building or structure requiring public utilities shall <br />be made in the same manner as number 1 of the hookup policies. <br /> <br />210.017C <br /> <br />NEW CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />Ail new construction shall connect to public utilities prior to occupancy of the <br />structure. <br /> <br />210.018 <br /> <br />FACTORS AFFECTING PROJECT COST AND ASSESSMENT RATES <br /> <br />1.
