I I I I I I I I I I I I I -.5- '-'2-1D. 015G STORM DRAINAGE MAINLINE Storm drainage costs are apportioned to the properties benefiting from the storm drainage by the net area that is benefited from the storm drainage facility constructed. The costs are then apportioned to each parcel by the rate-acre as determined by dividing the cost by the net area of benefit then multiply that cost/acre by the gross area of the parcel. 210.015H STORM DRAINAGE LATERALS Storm drainage laterals are considered incidental to the street constructions and are assessed as part of the street costs. 210.015I SIDEWALKS Sidewalks a~'a~s'essed to the beneftttng'prop.~rt.tes by front footage or unit cost. 210.015J STREETS: CITY/LOCAL/DISTRIBU OR/COLLECTOR Street costs are apportioned to the property benefiting from the street construettono 210.015K STREETS: M.S.A./COUNTY ROADS Properties along M.S.A. streets and county roads will be assessed for street improvements in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of a typical street related to the land use, i.e., residential, commercial and industrial. 2. Properties with various physical abilities to support development will have the typical street cost adjusted by the benefit factor. 3. Properties along M.S.A~ streets and county roads will be credited fo~ previous street assessments, if any. 210.016 POLICIES RELATING TO LATERAL EXTENSIONS 210.016A EXISTING SUBDIVISIONS No lateral service shall be extended to any existing subdivision until such time as service is required to eliminate a public health hazard, and trunk service is available and has been assessed to the subject property. At such time as trunk service is available, laterals may be extended as follows: 1. By petition of the affected land owners; 2. By City Council action as provided for under the laws of Chapter 429; or
