All residential areas-shall be provided with one four inch (4") service stub per R.E.C. This stub shall be assessed to all parcels on a unit basis as part of the lateral assessment. Commercial and Industrial Areas. Ail commercial and industrial areas shall be provided with one four inch (4") service stub per one-half (1/2) acre of area. 210.015D WATERMAIN TRUNK, SOURCE AND STORAGE Watermain trunk and oversizing cost are paid for from trunk assessments on a REC basis. Water source and storage shall be paid for by R.E.C. charges.
