At this time the County Board acted to approve the'issuance oi a license through 3uly 31~ 1983 subject to the following: The license be denied if bond and insurance covering the full term oi the license are not provided. I I I 2. The license is conditioned as set forth on the enclosed sheet. The licensee provide bonding coverage, in at least the amount required for the 1982-83 license, for the full term of the license and that the increased bonding required in item 2 above be provided by 3uly 31, 1983 in a form which compiles with the Solid Waste Ordinance. In reviewing your application the following actions are necessary: I I I 1. Amend the bond provisions as required by the Solid Waste Ordinance by :July 31, ]983 (draft bond form will be provided under separate cover in a few days).
