Sufficient space will be requested to provide for
an expansion of this clubhouse into a restaurant and lounge
facility eventually. The other rural commercial portion of the
project would not be develoDed at any specified date, but zoning
would be requested such that development could occur as soon as
an appropriate usage is found.

Development of the high density multiple family portion would
be long range in nature, and would not be expected until and
unless municipal sewer and water services became available to the
sites. Two separate 3-acre parcels will be proposed as outlots,
to be held for this purpose. It would be anticipated that these
outlots would eventually"contain townhouse type development of a
density of between 5 and 10 units per acre. It is recognized by
the developers that urban services such as sewer and water are
not likely to be available in the immediate area during this cen-
tury, and the developers are prepared to either hold these
ou~lots indefinitely, or convert them to 2 single family home
homesites.

I.
