THE PRELIMINARY DRAWING SHOULD BE APPROVED ON A <br />CONCEPT BASIS ONLY. <br /> <br /> Assuming municipal approvals can occur by September 1, 1983, <br />actual golf course construction could begin in the fall of 1983, <br />with limited play during 1984, and full time play in the spring <br />of 1985. <br /> <br /> B. Phase 2 - Commercial and Residential Development. <br /> <br />1. Commercial Development. The commercial area located <br />adjacent to trunk highway 47 would be developed as soon <br />as practical. This means, in effect, that at such time <br />as an appropriate usage is found for this area, develop- <br />ment will take place. This could occur immediately, or <br />might be many years away. Any development which would <br />occur would be done within the framework of the <br />rural/commercial classification, recognizing the needs <br />for on-site sewage disposal system and the like. <br /> <br />2.
