Accumulated interest of approximately $99,500 <br />from previous appropriations is also included. <br /> <br />The no interest loans will be awarded based on a local unit of government's <br />demonstration of the following: <br /> <br />Need to resolve an issue or matter relating to a local comprehensive plan <br />and affecting a regional system (transporation, sewers, airports or parks) <br />currently unresolved from the Council's comprehensive plan review, or <br />resulting from a Council policy plan amendment or other Council action, or <br />a local plan amendment generated by annexation proceedings or a joint <br />community planning project. <br /> <br />B$ <br /> <br />Intent to resolve an issue or matter regarding rural densities that are <br />inconsistent with Council policies as identified in the Council's <br />comprehensive plan review. <br /> <br />'Intent to resolve an issue or matter regarding on-site system management as <br />identified in the Council's comprehensive-plan review, except where it <br />involved ordinance preparation. <br /> <br />D. Need to resolve an issue or matter related to continuing preservation of a <br /> local unit's agricultural land. <br /> <br />E. Need to resolve an issue or matter related to water resource management. <br /> <br />F. Intent to resolve inconsistencies with regional housing policies in the <br /> housing element of the local unit's adopted comprehensive plan. <br /> <br />G. Unavailability of other assistance in handling the issue or matter. <br /> <br /> <br />
