8. Street Light Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for a Street Light Fee of $1,300 <br />per light. PERMITTEE must pay a Street Light Fee of Ten Thousand Four <br />Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($1,300 x 8 lights = $10,400.00).The PERMITTEE <br />acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The rate in effect when the Plat is <br />recorded will be collected. <br />9. Street Light Operation and Maintenance Fee. The PERMITTEE is responsible for <br />a Street Light Operation and Maintenance Fee of $294 per light. PERMITTEE <br />must pay a Street Light Operation and Maintenance Fee of Two Thousand Three <br />Hundred Fifty Two Dollars and No Cents ($294 x 8 lights = $2,352.00).The <br />PERMITTEE acknowledges that these fees are estimates. The rate in effect when <br />the Plat is recorded will be collected. <br />10. Development Fees for the Outlots. The PERMITTEE acknowledges that <br />development fees are not being collected for any Outlots. The PERMITTEE <br />acknowledges that development fees will be due upon development of Outlots at <br />the rate in effect at the time the Plat is recorded. <br />
