I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br />i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> 1) Lateral assessment (sanitary sewer and water) <br />- Proposed procedure the City will use in this type of an <br />assessment. <br /> <br /> 2) Trunk assessment (sanitary sewer, water and <br />storm sewer) - Proposed procedure the City will use in these <br />type of assessments. <br /> <br /> 3) Deferred assessment - Proposed criteria for a <br />deferred assessment. <br /> <br /> 4) Senior citizen deferred assessment - Proposed <br />criteria for a deferred senior citizen assessment° <br /> <br /> 5) Public lands (City, County, Schools) - Proposed <br />policy how this type of property will be assessed. <br /> <br /> 6) Expansion of water and sanitary sewer in a <br />planned area - Proposed policy as to how water and sanitary <br />sewer will be expanded in a proposed area. <br /> <br /> 7) Sanitary seweravailability charge (SAC) - Pro- <br />posed policy as to when the City starts billing for this <br />charge. ' <br /> <br /> 8) Sanitary sewer and water service line from <br />lateral - Proposed policy where City sanitary sewer service <br />line and water service line ends. <br /> <br /> 9) Easements - Proposed policy on acquiring utility <br />easements. <br /> <br />The Committee will be responsible for developing a proposed Ordinance <br />on the above. <br /> <br /> ~) Appointing of Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary - The Ad Hoc <br />Committee will appoint a Chairman and Vice Chairman at the first meeting. The <br />Council secretary will serve as secretary for the meetings. <br /> <br /> 4) Conduct of Meeting - The meeting will be conducted in accordance <br />with Council Resolution #82-32 dated March 23, 1982. A copy of this Resolution <br />~82-89 and a copy of R~solution #82-32 will be furnished to each committeemember. <br />The Chairman will coordinate with the City Administrator's office when requesting <br />any City Staff support such as sending out agendas, etc. <br /> <br /> 5) Progress of-Committee - The committee will appoint one of its <br />members to make a progress report to the City Council each month as to the Ad <br />Hoc Committee's progress with its task. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox, Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Reimann <br /> <br /> <br />
