Carl Johnson Plumbing tested both the boiler system and building piping separately and found a boiler drain valve on the rear of the boilers to be leaking. No other leaks were discovered, however, I still think there will be problems. I recently completed going through all the building files for new con- struction and pulled some 80 to 100 files where the final inspections had never been scheduled. It is my intention to make one attempt to contact these people and then I will file them away with a notation that the inspections were not requested. This, of course, will only be done where everything appears normal. Those that are not completed or consist of construction other than what was authorized will be contacted.
