NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council, City of Ramsey hereby authorizes <br />partial payment to Buffalo Bituminous as per the City Engineer's letter dated <br />Aogust 1.8, 1982 for the following street projects in the following amounts: <br /> <br />Project ~ Amount <br /> <br />82-2 $25,097.00 <br />82-3 13,764.25 <br />82-4 -0- <br />82-5 2,500.00 <br />82-6 -0- <br />82-7 -O- <br />82-8 11,978.25 <br />82-9 20,185.25 <br />82-10 -O- <br /> <br />Total $69,848.51 <br /> <br /> 2) That the Ramsey City Council, City of Ramsey hereby authorizes <br />the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial pay- <br />ment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included <br />in Reso]ution #82- adopted by the Ramsey City Council on August 24, 1982, <br />approving payment of the bills for the month of August. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed <br />copy of this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
