! <br />! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has recently completed its Comprehensive Plan as <br />required by the State Land Planning Act; and <br /> <br />WltEREAS, the City of Ramsey has completed a Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan <br />in September of 1978; and <br /> <br />WtfI£REAS, the 1990 Urban Service Area and the construction schedule for <br />projected sanitary sewer in the Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan has been <br />revised in the Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> <br />WtlEREAS, the Appendix C of the Comprehensive Plan includes the 1978 <br />Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan as a reference for the proposed overall <br />sanitary sewer system in the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br />WIH£REAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has reviewed the waste <br />management section of the Comprehensive Plan and found that it would comply <br />with the requirements of the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission Act, <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 473 C as a comprehensive sewer plan with minor <br />modifications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has made the minor changes to the waste management <br />section of the Comprehensive Plan as requested by George W. Lusher, Chief <br />Administrator of the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, in a letter to <br />Charles Weaver, Chairman of the Metropolitan Council dated April 23, 1982; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS; The Metropolitan Waste Control Commission Act, Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 473 C requires that each local governmental unit within the Metropolitan <br />area adopt a comprehensive sewer policY plan for the collection, treatment and <br />disposal of sewage in accordance with the Council's Water Quality Management <br />Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />The City adopts the Waste Management Section of the Compreh~nsiye~ <br />Plan as its Comprehensive Sewer Policy Plan~/c~ ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
