I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and Councilmembers <br /> <br />FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />RE: Board of Adjustment <br /> <br />Enclosure (D4-a) Information regarding Mr. Archie Doroff's request <br /> <br />CASE 1: AUTHORIZATION TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY BUILDING LARGER THAN CITY CODE <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />PERMITS, REQUEST FOR; CASE OF MR. ARCHIE DOROFF: <br /> <br />Mr. Archie Doroff of 15341 Xenon Street NW is requesting authorization <br />to construct an accessory building which exceeds the size allowed by <br />City Ordinance by 208 square feet or about 33 percent. Notices were <br />sent to all adjoining property owners as required by Ordinance. At the <br />time of preparation of this agenda, no comments regarding this had been <br />received. <br /> <br />Enclosure (D4-a) contains the following for your information regarding <br />this case: <br /> <br />a) Application for request <br />b) List of property owners notified of the public hearing <br />c) Public hearing notice published in the paper <br /> <br />It would be our recommendation that this request be approved, contingent <br />upon the applicant entering into an agreen~nt with the City which would <br />state that no business would be carried on in the building and that the <br />construction would be compatible with that of the principle structure. <br /> <br />COuncil Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of this request. <br />The following proposed mDtiQn o~ hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br /> Motion by ~and seconded by ~ to approve of <br /> Mr. Archie Doroff's request for an accessory buil~lng larger than <br /> allowed by Ordinance, contingent upon the following: <br /> <br /> 1) he structure shall be no larger than 26 x 32. <br /> 2) No business will be carried on in the structure. <br /> 3) he construction shall be compatible with that of the <br /> principle structure. <br /> 4) Se applicant shall acquire ~ building permit~ <br /> <br />Motioncarried.
