I I' I I I I Adopted by Board Action on July COUNTY OF ANOKA Anoko County, Minnesota AN ORDIh, IANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 70-2, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 7~2 AND ORDINANCE NO. 77-1 OF THE COUNTY OF ANOKA RELATING TO COUNTY PARKS The Board of Commissioners of the County of Anoka does ordain that Ordinance No. ?0-2, as amended by Ordinance No. ?6-2 and No. 77-1~ is amended by adding part of Section 10. Section 10. 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to possess or transport onto or across County park property any alcoholic beveroge~ including but not limited to any intoxicating or non- intoxicating malt liquor as defined by MoS. Chapter 3/~0~ in a container capable of holding in excess of one gallon of liquid, hereinafter referred to as a "keg", without a permit. Permits shall be issued according to the following criteria.' Qualifying Oraanizations Permits may be issued only to qualifying organizations. A qualifying organization is defined as o fraternal~ religlous~ veteran's or other non-profit organization described as follows: .. Any corporalion~ fund, foundation, trust or association organized for exclusively scientific, literary, religious~ charitable, educalional~ or arlistic purposes, or for the purpose of making contributions to or for the use of the United States of America, the state of Minnesota ar any of its political subdivisions for exclusively pL~blic purposes, or for any combination of the above enumerated purposes~ if no part of the net income of any such corporation~ fund, foundation, trust or association inures to the benefit of any private member, stockholder, or individual; Clubs organized and operated exclusively for pleasure, recreation, or other non-profilable purposes, no part of the net income of which inures to the benefit of any privale member, stockholder, or indiviual. A qualifying organization must have been in existence for at least three years and have at least 30 active members. An "active member" is one who has paid all his dues to the orgonizaiton and has been a member of the organizalion for at least six months.
