I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Application <br />Application for a keg permil shall be mode in wriling to the pork director at <br />least 30 days in advance of the date on which lhe applicant plans lo transport <br />keg onlo or across County pork property. <br /> <br />The application shall contain a statement mode upon oath or affirmation that the <br />slatements conloined therein are true and correct to the best knowledge of the <br />applicant and shall be signed and sworn to or affirmed by the individual making <br />application in the case of a corporation, by all partners in the case of a <br />partnership or by all officers of an unincorporaled association~ society or group~ <br />or if there are no officers~ by all members of such association~ society or group. <br /> <br />The application shall contain and disclose: <br /> <br />The name, residence, and mailing address of all persons required to sign the <br />application. <br /> <br />The address and location of the property upon which the keg is to be <br />transported. <br /> <br /> 3. The maximum number of persons which shall attend the event in which the <br /> keg will be used. <br /> <br /> The plans for security, including the number o~' guards, their deployment <br /> and their names~ addresses~ credentials, ar)d hours of availability. : <br /> <br /> After receiving an application for a permit for a keg, the park director shall <br /> have fifteen days to issue or deny_the permit. Failure of the park director to act . <br /> <br /> on an application within fifteen days shall constitute a denial. ;A denial shall be <br />-without prejudice .to the applicont,s r ght to t:ile,a .further application ......... <br /> <br /> If the park director~ in his sole discretion, is not satisfied with the plans for <br /> security, he may require as a condition to obtaining the keg permit that o <br /> reasonable number of pork rangers be present at the event at the applicant's <br /> cost, or that the applicant make such other changes in the plans described in the <br /> application which the park director deems reasonable. <br /> <br />If on applicant's permit is denied, he may apply to the County Board in writing ' <br />for reconsideration. The County Board shall, within 30 days after writlenappeal <br />is made, review the park director's decision and notify the applicant in writing as <br />to its decision on review. <br /> <br />T~is crc:r:~nce shmll become effective the dote followine its emzctmeni. <br /> <br /> <br />
