I ! i I I I i I I · i~ I I I I I I I RESOLUTION #82-113 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PRICE QUOTES ON FENCING FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS GARAGE WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council on July 27, 1982, the following price quotes were received on fencing for the City of Ramsey's Public Works garage: Bidder Amount Ha]co Fence & Wire $1,127.OO - material only D & H Fencing $1,5OO.00 - material only $1,804.00 - installation & material AND WIlEREAS, it appears that Halco Fence & Wire has submitted the lowest responsible price quote in the amount of $1,127.OO for material only. NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That it is directed that the City of Ramsey accept the price quote received from Ha]co Fence & Wire in the amount of $1,127.O0 for material only. 2) That it is directed the City Administrator/Clerk inform the other dealer of the City Council's action. 3) That it is further directed the City of Ramsey's Finance Department be furnished a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmember Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox and the following voted agaidst the same: None and the following member was absent: Mayor Gamec whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Conncil this the 24th day of August, 1982. ~j~ Ad~nisfrator/Clerk /X hereby acknowledge receipt of the above refe ~?d resolution:
