Ma~hi23, 1982 for M.S.A.S. Project #82-1 and; WIIEREAS, the Ramsey City Council, City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #82-97 awarding the bid to U.D. Contracting for the construction of Project #82-1 and; WHEREAS, City Engineer, Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson, Inc., recommended partial payment in his letter dated August 18, 1982 for the Project #82-1 in the amount of $14,734.50. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City City Council, City of Ramsey hereby authorizes partial payment to U.D. Contracting as per the City Engineer's letter dated August 18, 1.982, for Project #82-1 in the amount of $14,734.50. '- " 2) That the Ramsey City'Council, City of Ramsey hereby author- izes the Mayor ~o~ City Administrator to sign the release-form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution #82-1 adopted by the Ramsey City Council on August 24, 1982 approving payment of the bills for the month of August. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox and the following voted against the same: None and the following member was absent: Mayor Gamec
