I sometimes wonder how <br />much the citizens really want to spend in dollars on that issue. As of this <br />time and date we haven't been able to get started at working on the non con- <br />forming uses or those who claim that they fall within the purview of Che <br />grandfather clause to operate a business in an R-1 area. <br /> <br />3) Ad Hoc Committee - This group is progressing along with their particular <br />task in getting together a proposed ordinance regarding public utilities <br />(water and sanitary sewer) street, storm sewer and methods of financing <br />them. It is time consuming as there is a lot of reading on this issue. <br /> <br />4) Miscellaneous Material - This will be addressed at the meeting. <br /> <br />LGS:sb <br /> <br /> <br />
