I spent quite a bit of time in the past month checking files where peop]_e had failed to schedule their final inspections. Most were sheds, etc. but there were also some houses which had never been completed by Carson Homes. l~tters were sent to several individuals for various ordinance violations. Copies of these are included in Letters and Communications. I would note that at the time of this report, Mr. Peltzer on Green Valley Road has not paid the $300.00 escrow fee for his mobile home. In a telephone conversa- tion with him he stated he would not pay the escrow if he could not leave the trailer on the property beyond his deadline which was set as October 29, 1982. Because of his failure to comply, I did notify Mr. Peltzer on August 25th by certified mail that he would have to remove the trailer by September 3rd. To date he has done nothing so I placed him on the Council agenda for direc- tion. Copies of the various letters regarding this issue are included in Letters and Communications.
