I I I I I TO: F ROM: RE: City Administrator P~lic Works Department Progress Report on Street Projects 1) RaJ~e I;~tersection at Xenolith Street and 181st Avenue: This job did not get done because I have been waiting for Outlot B in Countryside Estates to be deeded to the City. I may still have time to do it this fall if I can find some dirt nearby.. 2) ~3~an. ~a_t~r__way_ in White Pines Estates: ~]is will be taken care of with Construction Project #82-3. They need the drair)age with that project. 3) ~]_~n_ Ditch on Rivlyn Avenue West of Tungsten Street: This ditch has been redug and the slopes seeded and it is working really well. 4) Clean Ditches and Move Culvert in Rolling Green Addition: These ditches have been cleaned, culverts reset, one culvert added and the drainage is working. The slopes have also been seeded. 5) Reset Culverts in Rodeo Hills: We completed this job prior to the blacktopping. We also built up the intersection of Vanadium Street and County Road 963. 6) Clean Ditched on 149th Lane West of Highway ~47: This job has been completed and some CL-5 has been hauled on it. 7) Haul Dirt Fill on 157th Avenue West of Variolite Street: ~]is has been done and the problem eliminated. 8) Check on the Possibility of Building Cul-de-sac on Bison Street South of Count~_Road #63: This hasn't been done yet but I am meeting with the engineer on September 20, 1982 to check on it. 9) Build Outslope on 169th Avenue and Yolite Street in Golden Eagle Estates: This job hasn't been completed because of the need for dirt in the area. I may have to buy dirt to finish this project this fall.
