The reason we wan% Council to approve <br />of adopting this summary ordinance is that it will save the City <br />quite a few dollars as we will do it jointly with Andover. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve of adopting the <br />ordinance summary. GERALD PELTZER REGARDING TEMPORARY MOBILE HOME PERMIT: <br /> <br />As noted in the Building Official's report, Mr. Gerald Peltzer has failed <br />to comply with the requirements of the City Council and City Ordinances. <br />Therefore, this item has been placed on the agenda for Council direction. <br /> <br />Council Action: It is our recommendation that this be turned over to the <br />City Attorney for his immediate action.
