If you <br />support this request, you should advise Mr. Walters of his need for plans, <br />etc. as he doesn't get too excited when City Staff discusses these issues <br /> at least he hasn't in the past. <br /> <br />REVEREND DALE OLSEN REGARDING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND PLATTING OF LAND: <br /> <br />The Lutheran Church would like to purchase the land owned by Mr. Peter <br /> Plat 89322, Parcel 40 which is located on Highway #47 and County <br /> They would also like to buy the adjoining parcel which belongs <br />to Menkveld. <br /> <br />They want to discuss the following problems: <br /> <br />Zoning - This land is located in an R-1 area and consequently, it <br />will require the church to ask for either rezoning or a conditional <br />use permit as established by the City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
