While the Comprehensive Plan <br />included proposed rezoning in this area, I don't think the intent was <br />for a parcel that large. <br /> <br />Council Action: Council action would not be appropriate at this time, <br />however, Mr. Dorn should be given direction as to how to proceed with <br />this matter. <br /> <br />Mr. Dorn's application and the City Engineer's report are included as <br />enclosure (D3-e) for your consideration.
