'1 <br /> <br />CITY OF 7i7~'4SEY <br /> <br />A(;k]?.EI.'.~;NT TO GUA,~iANTEE COHPLIANCE WITH DEVEI/DPI,;ENT <br /> C©NDJTIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF <br /> BER~EEN DICKENSON BUS SALES & LEASING <br /> AND THE CIrri OF RT~SEY <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />To assure that the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey for <br />all commercial and industrial developments approved by the City of Ramsey are <br />u~)derstood between Dickenson Bus Sales and Leasing, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant", and the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", amd that <br />the Applicant complies fully wi~h said conditions of approval within the time <br />frames c:;tablJshed by this agreement. This agreement acknowledges that the <br />Applicant has m[:~de proper application for the approvals granted by this agreement <br />gnd has met or shall meet all conditions as established by the City. <br /> <br />The property is legally described as Lot 1, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park <br />II, and is g(mera]ly known as 14140 Azurite Street NW. <br /> <br />~ne zoning at the date of this agreement is I-l, Industrial, and the approved use <br />is industrial (manufacturing, etc.). <br /> <br />_~9~n£~.it.i0n_s ~o,f Agreement <br /> <br />1) That Lhe Applicant shall deposit with the City an escrow in the amount of $500 <br />as defined in the City site and design ordinance. <br /> <br />2) ~]at the Applicant shall deposit with the City a bond or other security accept- <br />able to the City, in the amount of $1,000 to insure compliance with this agreement. <br /> <br />3) That the Applicant shall comply with all provisions of the building code in the <br />temporary structure. <br /> <br />4) That the Applicant shall remove said temporary structure on or before September <br />13, 1982. <br /> <br />5) That the Applicant shall provide an exit in compliance with the building code <br />in the east wall of his existing building at or near the southeast corner of his <br />existing building. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY: <br /> <br /> <br />
