The following members were present: Stuart Anderson, Dick B]omqu~st, Roger Coulthart, Edward Fields, Jim Hartwell, Jim Hill, Clayton Hogie, Ray Jones, Buster LaTuff, Otto Lind, Bruce Nawrocki, Jerry Nelson, Dennis Schneider and Ralph Talbot. Also present were Don Dwyer, Bruce Goodman and Bruce Wojack. ~t__Appr~l of Minutes Robert Courthart made motion to approve the June 23, 1982 minmtes as d~s~ributed. Said motion was seconded and unanimously passed. 2. Committee RepOt'ts a. Projects and PrOgr'ams Commi'tYee There was no meeting held nor report from the Projects and Programs Committee. b. Education and Training Committee Clayton Hogie briefly reported on the training budget as approved by the Budget Committee. c. MCIU Operations Committee Jerry Nelson briefly reported on the MCIU budget as reflected in the committee's July 14 minutes. Don Dwyer answered questions regarding the MCIU budget, particularly regarding, the computer program for tracking defendants through the criminal justice system. Discussion resulted from a misunderstanding regarding Account #6366 in the amount of $5,200. d. Central Communications Operations Committee Buster LaTuff reported on the Central Communications budget. Considerable discussion was had regarding the CAD system's mobile digital terminals. e. Budget Committee Bruce Nawrocki moved that the budgets as presented in the Budget Committee's July 22 minutes be recommended to the County Board.
