V..~E.n~.r i~t~oduced the following <br />its ;~doption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-129 <br /> <br />RE~OI.UT]ON AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM FEDERAL GENERAL REVENUE <br />~I~ARING I"UND #200 TO GENERAL FUND #101 <br /> <br /> whereas, the City of Ramsey's 1982 City Budget provided for the <br />u~e of $6,000 from Federal REvenue Sharing Fund for the purchase of a <br />traclor; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's 1982 City Budget provided for the <br />ut;e of $11,OOO from Federal Revenue Sharing Fund for the purchase of a <br />tr,~ck. <br /> <br />;',!l)t.l 't'llERI.iFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />C:OUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the transfer <br />of $17,0OO from the Federal General Revenue Sharing Fund #200 to the Ceneral <br />Fund for the following purchases: <br /> <br />a) The purcahse of a tractor $6,000 <br />b) The purchase of a truck $11,O00 <br /> <br />It is further directed that the City Accountant be furnished a copy of this <br />resolution and execute the necessary accounting requirements. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Counci]member Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 28th day of September, 1982. <br /> <br /> ~- ~ blayor <br /> <br />jy~J~i~f~t ~ a t o r / C l~e r k ................ ~ <br /> I hereby acknowledge receipt of the above referenced re~olution. <br /> <br />--~ity Accountant <br /> <br /> <br />
