I C~,t;r,~-ilmember Cox introduced the following {esolution and moved for its I RESOLUTION #82-131 I ~]':~OLUTION ADOPTING QUAD CITY CABLE COMMISSION JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREE- HI'iNT FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF A CABLE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM WHEREAS, each of the four cities in the Quad Cities Cable Comr~uni- I cntions Commission (Ramsey, A~dover, Anoka and Champlin) will two appoint directors to this Commission in accordance with ARticle VI Sections 1 a~d 2 Joint and Cooperative AGreement~ for the administration of a Cable Commu.~c~tion I S)':~tem. Further Section 3 provides for the appointing alternate d~ectors; I WHEREAS, the Quad Cities Cable Communications Commissions Joint a,d,COoperative Agreement provide'for the Administrative Control of the Dfi-ectors who are appointed to this Commission. I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: I 1) That the City appoints the following two directors to represent it on the Joint Commission for a period of one year: I a) Mr. John Beissel who resides at 17917 Junkite Street N.W. Phone 753-1041 b) Councilmember Sue Van Wagner who resides at 16330 Yttrium iStreet N.W. Phone 753-4034 2) That the City appoints the following alternate director to the Joint Commission: I a) Mr. Ben Deemer who resides at 14542 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. Phone 427-8924 .
