City Attorney Goodrich will <br /> go through the legal ramifications as to why we should go this <br /> route. Enclosure (D2-1} contains Deloitte, Haskins & Sells' <br /> proposed work document. The City Administrator will address <br /> this issue at the meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: Council action will be to approve/disapprove <br />of City Staff's request which will be gone over with you at <br />the meeting. POLICE SEMINAR; C. <br /> <br />POLICE LABOR CONTRACT): <br /> <br />The following issues are hereby submitted to Council for your review <br />and action: <br /> <br /> a) Workers' Compensation Insurance - Ms. Jan Jensen will be present <br /> <br />Iw tO discuss the service the Ramsey Medical Clinic would like to <br /> perform in this area. <br /> <br /> The Council Personnel Committee has had an opportunity to meet <br /> with her on various issues pertaining to what the Ramsey Medical <br /> Clinic offers in this area. Please refer to enclosure (B-4) for <br /> Personnel Committee meeting minutes for October 6, 1982. <br /> <br /> Council Action: Council action will be to discuss and decide <br /> whether you want to participate in the services offered by the <br /> Ramsey Medical Clinic. I think they have a lot of merit and <br /> ould be very beneficial to the City. <br /> <br />b) Police Seminar for Interviewing and Interrogation - The Personnel <br /> <br />Committee has gone over this with the Chief of Police and have <br />approved of the policeattending it.
