Voting yes~j~. . <br /> Voting no <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Police Labor Contract - The Council Personnel Committee, at their <br />meeting of October 6, 1982, reviewed the proposed Police Labor <br />Contract. The Personnel Committee approved of the City Admin- <br />istrator's request to have the contract reviewed by Labor Relations. <br />Their hourly rate is $60.00 and the reviewal of the contract lan- <br />guage will take several, hours. <br /> <br />Council Action: Council action will be to approve/disapprove of <br />the Council Personnel Committee's recommendation on this case. <br />The following proposed motion is hereby submitted~for your <br /> <br /> Motion by ~~nd seconded by~~~to authorize <br /> Labor Relat--~ ~-~ ~eview the language contained in the <br /> Police Labor Contract with ~he City ~ministrator. <br /> <br /> Motion carried.
