Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #8: Adoption Of Resolution Adopting Assessments For Street Improvement <br /> Project ~82-9 (Azurite Street, Zirconium Street, Yttrium Street, <br /> <br />169th Lane, 170th Avenue, 170th Lane): <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Mayor Gamec to adopt <br />Resolution #82-149, Adopting Assessments for Street Improvement Project ~82-9. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82-149). <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that if the culvert that Mr. Duane Nelson mentioned <br />at the p~)lic hearing does in fact need repair, that Mr. Raatikka make sure <br />that it is repaired correctly. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that he and Councilmember Cox will be meeting with A1 <br />Phillips on Thursday, September 30, 1982 at 7:30 a.m. to discuss some of <br />his concerns. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka mentioned that he has talked with Wes Bulen in regards to the <br />drainage easement. Mr. Bulen claims that he'will sign the easement if the <br />City pays him for it. Mr. Raatikka stated that the e~sement will cost the <br />City approximately $800. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that $800 sounded like a very fair figure and that <br />Mr. Raatikka should prepare paperwork and present it to Council at their <br />next regular meeting for review and approval. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that there is a Question and Answer Luncheon with <br />Mr. Wheelock Whitney and Mr. Perpich scheduled for October 5, 1982 at <br />the Minneapolis Auditorium and anyone wishing to attend should contact <br />Mr. Schnelle. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adjourn the special Council Meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Cox and Van Wagner.
