The areas of prevailing <br />I rights, grievance procedure, arbitrator's authority, seniority, overtime and <br /> iay-off are in question. <br /> <br />I Counci]~nan Reimann made recommendation to go with the services of Labor Relations <br /> Associates, Inc, Mr C.F. Smythe, at the cost of $60.00 per hour. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Sorteberg. <br />I Case #5 REVIEWAL OF CITY SALARIES AND PAY PLAN FOR 1983 <br /> <br />ICity Administrator Schnelle addressed the city salary pay scale that was set up <br />in 1982.
