Contracting, Inc.'s letter to City Engineer Raatikka dated <br /> October 11, 1982. <br /> <br />2) City Engineer Raatikka's letter to U.D. Contracting, Inc. dated <br /> October 13, 1982. <br /> <br />3) City Engineer Raatikka's cover letter dated October 15, 1982 to U.D. <br /> Contracting, Inc. forwarding soil tests. <br /> <br />Case #9: Segal (A. State Aid Legal Case; B. Landfill~: <br /> <br />a) State Aid Legal Case - <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />retain Dellitte, Haskins & Sells as an expert witness in the City'.s lawsuit <br />against the State of Minnesota relating to State Aids. The services hereby <br />authorized are known as Phases I and II as outlined in Dellitte, Haskins & <br />Sells letter to Mr. Richard F. Rosow dated October 14, 1982. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />b) Landfill - <br /> <br />No action. <br /> <br />Case #10: Personnel (A. Workers' Compensation Insurance; B. Police <br /> Seminar; C. Police Labor Contract): <br /> <br />a) Workers' Compensation Insurance - <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that as a result of a Personnel Committee meeting with <br />Ms. Jan Jensen, the following recommendations are made: <br /> <br />In the event of a workers' compensation injury, that person be <br />treated at Ramsey Medical Center. <br /> <br />2. That a preliminary physical be performed on employees periodically. <br /> <br />3.
