Jacob h) Proposed findings of fact Council Action: Your action will be as follows on this case: a) Findings of Fact - You will need to approve/disapprove/amend the findings of fact. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration, PIotion by _ ~___~-- .... ~' and seconded by ~~ findings of fact as presented by the Planni~g and Cormnission (if you amend their findings of fact, you will }]ave to include that in this motion) regarding Cross of Hope Lutheran Church's request for a conditional use permit to locate in an R-1 zoned area.. Motion carried. Vo~ing yes Voting no -'- b) Conditional Use Permit ~ You will have to approve/disapprove of Cross of Hope Lutheran Church's-request for a conditional use permit for the purpose of constructing a church in an R-T zoned area. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: ~otion by ~~ ~and seconded by ~ to approve of granting a conditional use permit ~o ~ro%s 6f Hope Lutheran Church to construct a church in an R-1 zoned area located on 179th Avenue NW just east of St. Francis Blvd. ~. Further, that upon making application for a building permit, the City will require at that time Cross of Hope Lutheran ~urch entering into a development agreement which would require that Council review the plans and the agreement and authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to sign said agreement.
