'1 I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I CITY OF ~MSEY PLANNING AND ZONING COb~ISSION PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT RE: CROSS OF [{OPE LUTHERAN CHURCH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION FINDINGS OF FACT 1. That Cross of Hope Lutheran Church, hereinafter "Applicant", has applied for a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Section 170.016 of the Ra~sey City Code. 2. That the reason for the application is to seek approval from the City for the location of a church in an R-1 district in the City. 3. That the address of the property which is the subject of the application in 5700 - 179th Avenue Northwest, which property is adjacent to County State Aid Highway No. 7 in the City of Ramsey. The property is legally described as follows, to-wit: The West 10 acres of the East 20 acres of Lot 1, Auditors Subdivision No. 27 in Section 2, Anoka County, Minnesota; subject to the rights of public in and to County State Aid Highway #7; subject to easement to Anoka Electric Cooperative Association as recorded in Book 174, page 261 as Document No. 99354. 4. That after proper notice and publication, the Ramsey Planning Commission held a public hearing on the permit request on the 3rd day of November, 1982 at 7:30 p.m. 'The minutes of that public hearing are hereby incorporated in these Findings by reference. 5. That the subject parcel ~s a 10 acre tract of land and is located in the R-1 Zoning Use Distr~ct of the City of Ramsey. 6. That there are no present residential uses on either the east, west or south bo~mdaries adjacent to the sabject property. County State Aid Highway No.7, also known as 179th Avenue Northwest, abutts the property on the north.
