That Cross of Hope Lutheran Church, hereinafter "Applicant", has <br />applied for a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to Section 170.016 of the Ra~sey <br />City Code. <br /> <br /> 2. That the reason for the application is to seek approval from the City <br />for the location of a church in an R-1 district in the City. <br /> <br /> 3. That the address of the property which is the subject of the <br />application in 5700 - 179th Avenue Northwest, which property is adjacent to <br />County State Aid Highway No. 7 in the City of Ramsey. The property is legally <br />described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> The West 10 acres of the East 20 acres of Lot 1, Auditors Subdivision <br /> No. 27 in Section 2, Anoka County, Minnesota; subject to the rights of <br /> public in and to County State Aid Highway #7; subject to easement to <br /> Anoka Electric Cooperative Association as recorded in Book 174, page <br /> 261 as Document No. 99354. <br /> <br /> 4. That after proper notice and publication, the Ramsey Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing on the permit request on the 3rd day of <br />November, 1982 at 7:30 p.m. 'The minutes of that public hearing are hereby <br />incorporated in these Findings by reference. <br /> <br /> 5. That the subject parcel ~s a 10 acre tract of land and is located in <br />the R-1 Zoning Use Distr~ct of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> 6. That there are no present residential uses on either the east, west or <br />south bo~mdaries adjacent to the sabject property. County State Aid Highway <br />No.7, also known as 179th Avenue Northwest, abutts the property on the north. <br /> <br /> <br />
