Don Greenberg- Industrial Park. <br /> <br />Mr. Greenberg was present with the sketch plan for the industrial park <br />(Gateway North)~ and a request tO be allowed to have class ~ moac[s un%il <br />sewer a~d water.available. Mr. Greenberg was &nformed that the Council' <br />h~s determined the timetable on paved roads for the plat Ramsey 67.. Mr. <br />Greenberg explained that Mate Punch & Die and Be Be~ Inc.-had already <br />asked to purchase adjacent 5o% and outlet, and that a party %%,anted to <br />be able to build on Lot ~ Blk 2 before v.~nter. (Uniform Manufactu?ing <br />business presently being conducted in home in ~amsey). Mr. Gr.eenberg <br />will try to have necessary information for Public Hearing in Septe~.':ber~ <br />and there was discussion of having final prepared at same time for'~re- <br />sentat~on to Council at same meeting. Mr. Greenberg was informed' that <br />he would probably have %o construct roads before any permits would be <br />allowed. As i% was determined that Industrial Blvd. roadway was given <br />~n l&eu of Park !and~ qhis pla% should not have %o be reviewed by P & R, <br />but that they should be notified of this. <br /> <br />Item 7. Misc. <br /> <br />Kathy Schneider asked A1 Sorteberg if he had read the minutes from P & R <br />and if he was in agreement with their decision regarding Park dedication. <br />Art Dunn stated that he felq they did not fully understand the problem as <br />i% ~ertains to Ramsey. It was the comsensus of %he Commission to invite <br />P &. R to the September ~th meeting. <br /> <br />ADproval of Minutes <br />Motion by A1 Sorteberg~ seconded by Gerry Zimmerman to approve the minutes <br />of July 10th as read. Motion carried 5-0.
