I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend the findings <br />of fact as well as approve/disapprove/amend the proposed home occupation permit <br />agreement. The following proposed mo~onsara hereby submitted for your considers- <br /> <br /> Motion by __%.~f,~ and Seconded by :o adopt the findings of <br /> fact regarding the granting of a home occupation permit to Mrs. Lyle <br /> Tirevold to operate a beauty shop in h~r~ome. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting yes <br /> Voting no <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to approve/disapprove of <br />granting Mrs. Lyle Tirevold of 7321 - 152nd Avenue NW a home occupation <br />permit to operate a beauty shop. Further, to authorize the Mayor and <br />City Administrator to sign said document for the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />HUNT'S BUS COMPANY'S REQUEST TO CONSTRUCT A 120' X 48' POLE BUILDING: <br /> <br />Hunt's Bus Company, represented by Morton Buildings, is requesting authorization <br />to construct a 120' x 48' pole building on some property they own at about 140th <br />Avenue NW and Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW. The structure will be used to store unused <br />busses. In view of the proposed use, the Hunts are requesting you consider <br />variances to a number of areas of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />The building plans will be available for your review at the time of the meeting. <br />An area location map and the Building Official's memo in regards to this matter <br />are included as enclosure (D2-c). <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action on this matter will be to approve/deny the request. <br />If your action is to approve it, then you must consider which variances, if any, <br />you are going to grant, as a development agreement cannot be drafted until those <br />decisions are made. Further, you should have findings of fact as to why variances <br />are or are not to be granted. <br /> <br /> CASE #4,:~MR._ JAMES GILBERTSON'_S REQUEST TO ADDRESS THE ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSE: <br /> ~~Mro James Gilbertson, who is the owner of the building where Mr. Doug Jensen <br /> ~ ~ ~'proposed the Side Door Lounge, has requested he be able to address the Council <br /> ~ %,~ on the status of the liquor license, which has expired. Mr. Gilbertson is now <br /> '~'~ contemplating proceeding with the proposal himself but doesn't feel he should <br /> ~ ~have to go through all the red tape of reapplying. <br />' ~ l~l~"~City Staff has advised him of the requirements but he wishes to appeal our <br /> ~~~ decision to you. <br /> 7%~t~ The only consideration that could be appropriate would be to waive the $400.00 <br /> ~,~,~ I~ investigation fee inasmuch as he presently has the off-sale liquor license for <br />,~ ~~which he paid an investigation fee. <br /> c rocee <br /> <br /> <br />
