Ronald Petrucci, representing the Meadowbrook Estates plat, is requesting mother six month extension of time for the filing of his final plat. In a I telephone conversation with h~he indicated that they will in all likelihood proceed with the plat next spring. We don't see a problem with this e~ension and would recommend approval. . ~. CASE #6: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST; CASE OF GROUP W CABLE OF QUAD CITIES, INC.: I I I I I I I I I Mr. James W. Commers, Jr. of Group W Cable, Inc. is requesting a conditional use permit to construct a 100 foot microwave tower and a 15 x 20 foot accessory building to house related equipment on Outlot A of Rolling Green Addition. While it has not been the City's policy to allow construction on outlots, we feel what is proposed is an acceptable use of a marginal lot and should not be detrimental to the adjoining properties. The purpose in selecting this site, according to representatives of Group W Cable, is that it not only provides a good line of site from their Anoka location, but it also is almost the center of the City.
