Commers, Jr. of Group W Cable, Inc. is requesting a conditional <br />use permit to construct a 100 foot microwave tower and a 15 x 20 foot accessory <br />building to house related equipment on Outlot A of Rolling Green Addition. <br />While it has not been the City's policy to allow construction on outlots, we <br />feel what is proposed is an acceptable use of a marginal lot and should not be <br />detrimental to the adjoining properties. <br /> <br />The purpose in selecting this site, according to representatives of Group W <br />Cable, is that it not only provides a good line of site from their Anoka location, <br />but it also is almost the center of the City.
