Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />CASE ~7: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to approve/disapprove the <br />request of Group W Cable, Inc. for a conditional use permit to construct <br />a microwave tower and accessory building to house related equipment on <br />Outlot A in Rolling Green Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />Note: If your action is to approve, then the approval should be contingent upon <br />their entering into a conditional use permit agreement with the City. <br /> <br />PROPOSED RAMSEY RUM. RIVER PARK: <br /> <br />Councilman Cox brought up for discussion at the November 23, 1982 Council meeting <br />the development of the Ramsey Rum River Park land area. Council directed him to <br />submit his proposed plan to the park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />Accordingly, he submitted his proposed plan to the Commission for their regular <br />meeting of December 9, 1982 at which time they did review his proposed plan and <br />did make recommendations to it. Please refer to enclosure (B-6) for the Park <br />and Recreation Commission comments. <br /> <br />Further, the proposed plans for said park are submitted as Exhibit #2 under <br />separate cover to this agenda. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to give further direction as to how the <br />City will proceed on this park project. You currently have another park project <br />on the burner, the Federal Cartridge property. Today, December 15, 1982, they <br />informed the City Attorney that they will be forwarding the City a deed to the <br />property. <br /> <br />ICASE #8: <br /> <br />Further, the man who rented the Raudio property (proposed Rum River Park) this <br />year wants to rent it again and I will need an answer for him. <br /> <br />URBAN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT REQUEST FOR RAMSEY COMMONS; CASE OF MR. DELANO SKEIM: <br /> <br />Mr. Del Skeim of Scandinavian Construction is requesting an urban development <br />permit to place one four-unit building with garages on each of the four lots <br />in his plat. <br /> <br /> <br />
