Jacob, attorney, and Reverend Olsen were present. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br /> Reimann to adopt the findings of fact as presented by the Planning <br /> and Zoning Commission regarding ~c ~£~p~ L~t~er~n <br /> request for a conditional use permit to locate in an R-1 zoned <br /> aTea <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cox,~ <br /> /~h~l~Reimann and Va~ Wagner.. Voting no: None. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Van .Wagner and seconded bY Councilmember <br />· ,~ · +~UCOx~t°~appr°ve of granting a conditional use permit to <br />~pe Lut~crz= Cb~ch to construct a church in an R-1 zoned area <br /> located on 179th Avenue N.W. just east of St. Francis Blvd. N.W. <br /> Further, that upon making application for a building permit, <br /> the City will require at that time Cross of Hope Lutherna Church <br /> entering in a development agreement which would require that <br /> Council review the plans and the agreement and authorize the <br /> Mayor and City Administrator to sign said agreement. <br /> <br />I <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />Motion carried. Extension <br />of 167th Avenue West of county Road #5; D. Estimated <br /> <br />Costs for Survey of City Property; <br />Street N.W. discussion): <br /> <br />E. Magnesium <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Council- <br />member Reimann to adopt Resolutions #82-159 and #82-159a <br />authorizing partial payments of Construction Projects #82-1, <br />2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9. (Please refer to resolution <br />file for Resolution #82-159 approving payment of #82-1 and <br />#82-159a approving payment of #82~2, 3, 4, 5, 6,'7, 8, and 9) <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, COuncilmembers <br />Cox, Reimann, Sorteberg and Van Wagner. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Council- <br />member Cox to approve of granting .an extension of time to <br />the following contractors regarding the completion of the <br />1982 projects: <br /> <br />Buffalo Bituminous - Due to the weather conditions, the <br />contractor lost 20 days of working time.
