However, we were informed that again enforcement would not be necessary. Therefore, the information required is not available and it is impossible to attain at this time. Further, the enforcement of this requirement of the Ordinance could not be accomplished by the present City-Staff. A copy of the survey form and Mr. Lusher's letter dated December 1, 1982 are...included as enclosure (D3-a) for your consideration. - ~' Council Action: Your action in this matter will be to direct Staff as to how to proceed. APPOINTMENT/REAPPOINTMENT OF VARIOUS COMMISSIONMEMBERS: Council action will be required on the following items: a) The following Planning and Zoning Commissionmembers have terms expiring December 31, 1982: Mr. Ben Deemer Ms. Kathy Schneider The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended that the above individuals be reappointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission for four year terms which will expire December 31, 1986. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/table the reappointment of the above persons. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration. Note: If you disapprove, you should direct Staff to advertise a position opening.
