Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/t~ble the reappointment of the above persons. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration. Note: If you disapprove, you should direct Staff to advertise a position opening. Voting yes Voting no .. PROPOSED ORDINANCE GOVERNING THE INSTALLATION OF MUNICIPAL UTILITIES: I ~.~.'" For the past several months the Ad Hoc Cor~nittee has been formulating a proposed ..... Ordinance which will govern the installation and assessment policy for public x~.~.,, utilities. This proposed Ordinance. is attached under separate cover as Exhibit ~ I '\'"~ [I~EE''' for your review. "%%%~ ~". I CASE #5: Accordingly, due to the importance of the above document, it is recommended that Council review this at a special meeting and you may want to conduct a public hearing on it at a regular meeting after you review it at a special meeting. Administrator's Comments: Council should give special %hanks to the Ad Hoc Committee, especially to Building Official Clayton Berg and City Engineer Pete Raatikk~ for their involvement in it. Council Action: Your action will be to set a special Council' meeting to review the proposed Ordinance with the Ad Hoc Committee.
