At that time, I advised you that the City of Ramsey had <br />not, as of this date, been presented with any information on the <br />proposed amendment by way of plans from the operator. You then <br />advised me that you were aware of this circumstance and that you <br />had advised the operator of this and that he should present this <br />information to the City and discuss the subject with the Ramsey <br />City Council. It is my further understanding that until contact <br />by the operator and review by the City Council has been done, the <br />County will not proceed to take any action on this permit <br />amendment. <br /> <br />If any of the above is not your understanding, please contact me <br />in writing at your earliest convenience. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />William K.
